Do I need any technical knowledge?
Installing the CRM only plugin needs basic WordPress admin experience (uploading a plugin via WP Admin). If that’s not something you’re comfortable with, the Website + CRM option includes us setting everything up for you.
Does this work on my existing website?
The CRM installs as a plugin on any standard self-hosted WordPress site. If you’re not on WordPress, or don’t have a site yet, the Website + CRM bundle is the better fit.

Is my data backed up?
TempDeck is self-hosted, so your data lives on your own WordPress site and is only as safe as your own hosting’s backups. We’d recommend checking your host includes regular backups, or asking them to set this up.
