These terms apply when you buy or use TempDeck, provided by Go Select Limited (trading as WorkDeck), a company registered in England & Wales.
TempDeck is sold as a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Once you’ve paid, you receive a licence to install and use the TempDeck plugin on one WordPress website that you own or control. There’s no recurring fee to keep using it.
Your purchase includes reasonable email support for installation issues. Ongoing updates and support beyond initial setup are available through an optional annual support renewal (£99–£199/yr). Without it, you’re welcome to keep using the version you purchased indefinitely — it simply won’t receive updates or continued support.
TempDeck is self-hosted. All the agency data you enter (clients, candidates, placements, timesheets, and so on) is stored on your own WordPress site, in your own database. We don’t hold a copy of it, and we can’t access it. You’re responsible for keeping your own backups.
TempDeck is provided as-is. While we test it carefully, we can’t guarantee it will be error-free or fit for every specific use. We’re not liable for losses arising from its use beyond the amount you paid for it.
If TempDeck doesn’t work as described and we’re unable to fix the issue, we’ll offer a refund within 14 days of purchase.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of TempDeck after an update means you accept the revised terms.
