These Terms govern your access to TempDeck, operated by Go Select Limited, trading as TempDeck. By subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

TempDeck provides a cloud-based CRM for temporary staffing agencies. We reserve the right to modify features with reasonable notice.

2. Accounts and Access

You must be at least 18 and have legal authority to enter these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.

3. Subscription and Payment

Monthly subscription billing via Stripe. All prices in GBP, excluding VAT. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancel at any time. Takes effect at end of billing period. No pro-rata refunds. Contact [email protected] to cancel.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not use TempDeck to store unlawful data, attempt unauthorised access, send spam, or resell the Service without written permission.

6. Data and Privacy

You retain ownership of data you input. You are responsible for lawful processing under UK GDPR. See our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English law. Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
